Epic Bridal Session at Swannanoa Palace | Ward Photography | Styled Shoot

So excited to share our latest styled shoot with everyone tonight! Nestled on the crest of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, Swannanoa Palace was the perfect setting for this 7-bride styled shoot. This historic Italian styled villa was built in 1912 by millionaire James Dooley as a summer home for his wife Sarah. Now totally abandoned, the old world architecture still offers a romantic backdrop for this truly epic bridal session. Our small team includes the talents of hair-makeup artists’ First Look Artistry, floral designs by Harmony Harvest Farm and 7 exquisite wedding gowns from Amanda’s Touch. It was truly an excellent experience working with this amazing group! A thousand and one thanks to all the lovely models who dedicated their day to us! Ward Photography was amazing right from the start. We are from out of state wedding and Ward photography made all the planning so easy. On the day of the wedding Jason was amazing ! Each important moment was captured beautifully. As if it could not get any better he was so wonderful with our three young girls! He made sure each of them was looking his way during each photo and our two year old just loved him. In all the craziness of our many family pictures he made sure we didn’t forget to take time for ourselves to be sure there was plenty of bride and groom photos. We highly recommend using Ward Photography ! We will certainly be using them again on our next trip to VA.

Ward Photography is seriously one of the best photographers I have ever had or seen. They work so well with you with whatever you need. They were able to actually take pictures of every guest that was at our wedding and took some really awesome pictures of the guests dancing. The pictures are absolutely beautiful. They also make you feel very comfortable while they are taking your pictures and are so easy to work with. They respond back quickly and we had our wedding pictures on a thumb drive within two weeks!
